Self Care Sound Float
at Agni Mandir Healing Arts Retreat

Come enjoy 2 hours of self care in the beautiful Agni Mandir retreat space.

Return to center with an immersive floating sound journey. Ashlee will play crystal singing bowls, flute, gong, various chimes and textures to help you dip into a state of deep relaxation. She’ll sing ethereal tones and share soft words of encouragement as you feel tension and stress melt away.

Matthew brings the headphones, technology, music and vibes to enhance your experience. You'll be held in layers of evolving soundscapes — synthesizers, voice, and binaural frequencies — designed to soften the nervous system enough that what's usually kept in the dark can be met with compassion instead of fear.

This isn't about fixing or fighting anything within you. It's about remembering that wholeness includes everything — the light and what you've called the shadow. As the sound deepens, you'll be guided to notice what you've pushed away, what you've judged in yourself and others, and what might become possible when nothing in you has to stay in exile.

Arrive at 7:30 to enjoy spa amenities like cold plunge, sauna and hot tub. At around 8pm we’ll load onto floats with blanket, eye mask and essential oils. We’ll begin with guided meditation and gentle breath work, before leading into the sound therapy session. We’ll close at 8:30 and you’ll have another 30 minutes to enjoy the amenities.

This is a safe and sacred space for you to come back home to yourself. Bring a friend, family, or partner to enjoy this time together.
