Holistic Hertz Sound Healing Sound Bath @ FREMONT ABBEY
Event description
Join Wesley of Holistic Hertz for a one-hour Sound Bath Meditation.
We’ll begin by arriving together with a few grounding breaths, creating space for presence and ease. From there, you’ll be gently guided through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, vocal tones, flutes, drums, and more—welcoming everyone into a state of deep rest, balance, and inner harmony.
No experience is needed—just come as you are and allow the sound to support you.
About Holistic Hertz Sound Healing: holistic-hertz.com
"Wesley, of Holistic Hertz LLC is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner based in Seattle, WA. He has a lifelong passion for the transformative power of music. Holding an undergraduate degree in Music Composition and Sound Design, Wesley's journey in the world of sound has been both diverse and rewarding. From crafting immersive soundscapes to healing through harmonies, he believes in the transformative power of sound to uplift and restore. Wesley also works as a Production Sound Mixer for films/tv, where he combines his technical expertise with his intuitive understanding of sound.
At the peak of the pandemic, Wesley felt a strong urge to start a self-healing journey through stillness, listening, and acceptance. This practice opened the door for him to face emotions and feelings that he had kept bottled up and couldn’t articulate. By welcoming the strength of silence, Wesley, as a being of vibration, discovered the energies in motion that he had been avoiding and tackled them directly. This experience has enriched his understanding of vibration and its healing capabilities. During this time of reflection, Wesley renewed his dedication to utilizing sound as a means for wellness and personal transformation.
Wesley regularly participated in sound baths led by various practitioners over time. This experience broadened his understanding of different vibrations and helped him identify which instruments truly resonate with him. After purchasing his initial set of healing tools, he signed up for the level 1 integral sound healing program at The Sound Healing Academy. This course equipped him with essential knowledge and skills in the basics and key aspects of sound healing, boosting his confidence in creating a safe space for healing. Once he wrapped up his Level 1 course, Wesley dove straight into the Level 2 certification program. He got to work on case studies with all kinds of clients, like corporations, lively festivals, special ceremonies, and tons more! Armed with that solid foundation and hands-on experience, Wesley is now happily sharing the calming power of sound baths all across the US.
When he’s not facilitating, Wesley enjoys cycling, hiking, dirty chai lattes, vegan restaurants, stand-up comedy, and live music. As Wesley navigates the path of curiosity, he continues to seek inspiration and adventure in the world around him. His friendly and approachable demeanor makes him a joy to collaborate with, whether in the studio or out in nature. Connect with Wesley to discover the profound ways sound can heal and transform." - Artist Bio
