Ever wanted to discover the benefits of doing Meditation on a regular basis but don't have the ability to self motivate?

This online program is for you. We'll get you motivated and you get to practice from the comfort and convenience of your home!

10 days 10 mins Meditation Reset: ONLINE program runs from Wed 30 Apr 2025 to Fri 9 May 2025

Practice meditation daily for 10 days and discover some incredible benefits to your health and wellbeing. Calm the emotions, build focus, reduce stress & overwhelm and improve sleep.

Here's how it works: You'll get access to our private online platform where a daily meditation video will be posted. You'll be encouraged to let us know in the comments which class you practiced and give us some short feedback on how the class went for you. Others will support you with a "Cheer" and let you know which class they practiced as well. The success of the program lies with positive engagement on the group page. Motivate yourself by motivating others.

Allow around 10 mins per day for this challenge. Practice anytime that suits.

You'll also have your own personal meditation coach on board during the program..........feel free to ask questions or get feedback.

"I'll be your own personal yoga coach the whole way through". Jenny owner of The Yoga Shed & Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist, Dip Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist with Yoga Therapy Institute, Level 2 accreditation with Yoga Australia.

'We practice meditation for ourselves but we also practice for those around us. We are not separate from each other at the most fundamental layer of our existence.'

Hope to see you in the ether

Jenny
