STOP giving a shit what people think 

BE who you were before all of that Sh!T happened and dimmed your fu€k!^g light. 

Join us for a 3 part, 2 hour workshop !! 

An afternoon of really letting sh!t go and not giving a fU€k  what anyone thinks.  

An afternoon of meditation like you’ve never heard before ( not for the faint hearted and ya probably shouldn’t bring ya nanna  unless she swears like a sailor) 

This is a sweary meditation! Not only will you be guided to cool ya fu€king jets you will have a good ol laugh at yourself as you join in on some funny AF affirmations and 10 ways to unfu€k yourself. 

After your funny AF meditation you will be inspired by GROOVE facilitator Evette Kirkwood to get your groove on in the second part of the workshop and dance like you don’t give AF ! 

For 45 mins you will be taken on a journey through a playlist of deliciousness that will be sure to have you moving n groovin and not giving a sh!t what it looks like cos it’s a party in your body and  we all having a good time! 

Session will finish with a wind down then into stillness and breath time. 

Finally you will be treated to a cacao ceremony to bring you back home to your body grounding in and allowing the medicine of the dance and mamma cacao to work her magic through your body and integrate the deliciousness and magic of your experience. 

An opportunity to share your experience and mingle.

A yoga mat

A drink bottle 

Wear: 

Anything comfy to move

Shoes optional.
