100 Women: Meet Our Members Online Event - Mental Health for Women
Event description
MEMBERS ONLY EVENT
We are delighted to be hosting our next exclusive webinar in our Meet Our Member Series!
We talk a lot in our community and workplaces about mental health these days, but in an era of mis-information, there are risks we are not getting accurate information. Our mental health experiences can vary across our lifespan and for women in particular we find that across the years we experience changing needs.
In this session Alicia Curtis, Co-Founder of 100 Women will interview Tasha Broomhall, Founder of Blooming Minds and uncover evidence-informed models to help you understand mental health and mental health conditions including how to chat with someone you’re concerned about and how to get support for yourself and others. Alicia will also speak with Sherl Westlund about her own approach to good mental health and the wonderful work of 2024 Grant Recipients - Free to Shine in Cambodia.
MEMBER INTRODUCTIONS:
When you sign up for this webinar, you have the opportunity to tell us a little about yourself - your work, your aspirations and perhaps your ideas on how we can continue to build, support and contribute to our growing 100 Women community. We want to encourage learning from each other. Therefore we request a "video and audio on" webinar interaction along with your cuppa or lunch.
