Join us for our 11/11 Portal Ceremony that combines Sound + Energy Healing plus a Breathwork Meditation to help you ANCHOR and AMPLIFY the powerful frequencies of the 11.11 portal.

What to Expect:

Through sound Kyle will bathe you in sacred sounds from multiple instruments to help silence the mind, melting away boundaries between being awake and being asleep. The rhythmic sound oscillations facilitate the movement of energy through the body to deliver a deep energetic reboot of the nervous system.

Annie will help us prepare for our evening through a guided breathwork meditation to align your energy with the 11/11 portal while you settle into a cozy space to receive her hands on energy healing- Integrated Energy Therapy (aka IET) helping you to release, heal and harmonize on all levels (mind-body-spirit)

Entry is $65 per person or Two for $120

Please bring the following for the sound bath:

- Yoga Mat

- Blanket

- Pillow

- Eye Covering (this helps to maximize the theta experience)

- Cushion to prop the legs up

- Water

- Wear comfortable and loose clothing

CBD will be available for an additional $10 for those who wish to enhance their sound bath experience. You may choose to add on this option when you purchase your ticket.

Enhance your sound bath experience by renting a blanket or two for additional warmth and comfort. Each blanket is cleaned and disinfected before our events and are convenient for those who wish to come to the sound bath without having the worry of bringing their own set up. We advise renting at least two blankets per person with the addition of a third if you need one to elevate your head.
