Event description

5 Realization Process Workshops on Embracing Wholeness, Presented by Sono Hashisaki and Tanya Shapiro

Embracing Wholeness is a monthly workshop series focused on experiencing the wholeness of our lives from deep contact with a subtle dimension of ourself to full engagement with family, friends and community. We’ll use meditation and movement exercises from Realization Process, work with our family systems, and explore the generative possibilities of collectively working together to contribute to greater wholeness to all the realms that make up our lives today.

Workshop 2: I-Thou: Family and Systemic Relationships

November 16, 2024 at Ballard Homestead

What are you wondering about? Do you have questions about relationships with yourself or others? Please join us for a whole day workshop on Saturday, November 16th to experience Realization Process (RP) embodiment practices and Family and Systemic Constellations with facilitators, Sono Hashisaki and Tanya Shapiro. Family Constellations offer an opportunity to look at any challenge, problem or symptom from the context of family. At its core, this work invites us to see our situation from an expanded view of family and other systemic influences. We can respectfully observe what is behind our blocks regarding employment, health, relationships, or finance, for greater relief and increased vitality. Embodiment or experiencing ourselves living in our own bodies is a profound foundation for exploring family and other relationships. Please join us to explore the changes happening in your life today, both challenging and aspirational, using Realization Process and Family and Systemic Constellations to observe family dynamics through guided meditations, dyad work, and a family constellation group process. People of all physical abilities and backgrounds are welcome.

This workshop is accessible for people of all physical abilities and backgrounds.
Cost: $90-$150 sliding fee* (*additional tuition assistance is available upon request)

What to bring:
- Snacks to share for a short lunch break
- Water bottle
- Journal and pen
- Chairs are provided but bring a bolster or pillow if you prefer to sit on the floor.

If you have any questions, please contact Sono: sono@springwood-usa.com
