From intimate healing sessions to men's circles and traditional Hape rituals, he holds space for profound remembering. As Anam-Cara (Soul Friend) with his brother Ankesh, he channels healing frequencies through Ecstatic Dance, guiding collective journeys home to the self. His work bridges nervous system wisdom with soul-level healing.

Ankesh 🌱 @verde_connected_healing

Breathwork Instructor | Coach | Ceremonialist | Energy Healer

Ankesh walks the path as a guide, a brother, and a bridge — between breath and body, rhythm and spirit, the seen and unseen. For years, he has been holding spaces where breath becomes medicine, movement becomes prayer, and sound becomes a path home. His work weaves the grounded with the mystical — breathwork, ecstatic dance, hapeh, sound, cacao, and ancient earth rituals — all offered in a way the modern nervous system can receive.

“Breathe with me, move with me, heal our souls together.”
