12/9 Realization Process/Family Constellation Workshop - Faciliated by Sono Hashisaki & Kaali Arness @ BALLARD HOMESTEAD
Event description
Monthly Realization Process - Family Constellations Workshops
Presented by Sono Hashisaki and Kaali Arness
2nd Tuesdays in 2025-26 from 6:30 – 9:30 pm
BALLARD HOMESTEAD, 6541 Jones Ave NW, Seattle, WA
In the words of Bob Dylan, “the times they are a changing… “. Change is the movement of all life, sometimes sudden and chaotic, and other times, slow and easy. Cultivating ground in ourselves and connection with others are our best resources to meet the challenges and discomfort of change.
The workshop will use Realization Process embodiment practices and Family and Systems Constellations to help restore balance and greater ease in our lives. Issues and outcomes that can be addressed could include:
Identifying and ‘being with’ sensitivities and held patterns, without prejudice or judgment;
observing what is behind blocks regarding work, health, relationships, or finance;
seeing challenges, problems or symptoms from an expanded view of family and systemic influences;
deepening contact with ancestors, allies, and nature as our greatest belonging and resource;
cultivating greater wholeness with the strengths of culture and lineage
Clients, representatives and facilitators will experience clear presence and greater discernment of tensions held in our bodies. Realization process can help unwind what is often unconscious gripping and stabilize into greater wholeness. This supports greater integration even as a constellation continues to unfold and deepen over time.
This workshop is accessible for people of all physical abilities and backgrounds.
Sliding Fee: $45-$90
