12 KIND SLEEPS TO CHRISTMAS

A one-day reset to pause, clear the decks and decide what matters now.

Before Christmas. Before 2027. Before you do another thing.

Christmas is supposed to be a time to slow down, connect and enjoy ourselves.

Yet somehow the final weeks of the year can become a race to finish everything, see everyone, buy everything and make everyone happy.

12 Kind Sleeps to Christmas is a one-day reset, in Adelaide, designed to help you step out of the rush, pause, reflect on the year you've had, clear the decks and make space for what actually matters now.

Meet the people behind this event

Join Penelope Barr, author of Win the Night to Win the Day, speaker and expert in performance, sleep, work and designing a 6:3:3 life on your terms, and Sophie Bretag, author of The Kind Way and advocate for a kinder, more human way of living and leading.

Together, we'll explore what you're carrying into the end of the year, what really needs to happen before Christmas, what you can let go of, and how you want to spend your time and energy as you head into 2027.

Expect honest conversations, practical exercises, plenty of reflection, good food and good people and your own 12 Kind Sleeps Plan to take you from the day of the event to Christmas Eve.

This isn't another productivity workshop or New Year's resolution session. It's a chance to stop before Christmas starts, decide what matters, and arrive at the holidays feeling a little clearer, lighter and more present.
