12 Week PX Accelerator (Blue-Belt)
Want to begin applying UX, CX, or Product ways of working in HR?
You've learned the basics of People Experience Design and want support with applying the theory in practice.
Session dates to be confirmed once we waitlist is full
This twelve-week program helps People Experience practitioners move from knowing the theory to proving the impact. You will take a real people challenge inside your organisation, apply PX Design Thinking methods end-to-end, and walk away with a published case study that demonstrates the value that a design-led approach delivers.
The structure mirrors how product teams ship real work: scoping a problem worth solving, running lightweight research, co-designing solutions with the people affected, and measuring what matters. The program combines pre-recorded learning with live working sessions where you apply frameworks directly to your project, with coaching from experienced PX practitioners and honest feedback from a small cohort of peers going through the same process.
The focus is on doing, not just learning. By the end, you will have tangible evidence of PX in action - something you can share with stakeholders, present at a conference, or use to build the case for a bigger investment in experience-led people work
You don't need a perfect plan, just a real challenge and the support & guidance to work through it

FAQs
- Who is this course for?
You care about your people, you feel the pressure to show clearer value, and you’re intrigued by exploring paradox, ambiguity, and what will actually work in your world, rather than looking for off the shelf perfect best-practice templates.
You're likely one of the following:
A People & Culture / HR / PX leader
A People Partner / HRBP / SME leading projects to improve "team performance"
If you are feeling like the value your People team brings to the table is in question, are experiencing shrinking budgets, increasing expectations, and wondering why the old playbooks aren't working - PX Dojo is for you!
- Do I have to attend every week?
Short answer; no, you do not need to be available for every week of the course.
To get the most out of the course, we request that you join the following sessions:
Week 1 - 30 September: Cohort Kick Off & Alignment
Week 2 - 1 October: Defining your project scope to design for impact and purpose
Week 11 - 3 December: Conduct a dry run of your case study talk & receive feedback
Week 12 - 10 December: Learn how to use your case study to build momentum for PX
During week 1, we will explain how to use the on-demand video recordings to guide you through the cohort to apply the frameworks to a challenge you're facing in your own organisation. You will receive calendar invites with a virtual link for collaboration sessions on Thursdays from 30 September to 10 December, where you will have the time, space, and guidance to apply the learnings and receive feedback on your work. You can accept or decline the ones you are available for.
- Who are the instructors?
Meg (Trotter) Berdnard-May
In her UX days, Meg began questioning whether designing the experience of work with the same care as a customer experience could drive organisational success. She completed an MSc in Organisational Psychology and spent seven years in London cross- pollinating the People space with UX practices across startups and complex organisations including the BBC.
Meg started PollinateXD to help people leaders design cultures and experiences that strengthen organisational performance, and help people thrive.
Adam Axon
Once upon a time, a student of IT discovered he was far more interested in something messier and more magical than systems. People. Over 20 years in tech, including a decade building and scaling People teams in fast-moving startups, he began applying product thinking not to software, but to the humans doing the work.
Adam started Give a Damn to help fast-growing teams scale with clarity, agility, and heart, grounded in what matters most: people.
- What is PX Dojo?
