Attendees will be divided into four groups (Blue, Green, Purple, Orange) each rotating from four company tour routes. 

When purchasing tickets for a group or individual sales, please note the following:

• To stay together: Choose one color group and buy all your group's tickets under that color.
• To mix and mingle: Purchase the desired number of tickets from any combination of the color groups.
• Single ticket: You can select any color group and purchase your ticket.

• 7:45 am – 12:30 pm: Begin your morning with coffee, a continental breakfast, and networking opportunities.
• 8:20 am: Bus tours will commence promptly, providing a behind-the-scenes look at four local manufacturing and trades companies.
• Post-Tour: Enjoy a light lunch and engage in a Q&A session with company leaders, who will share insights about their enterprises.
• Conclusion: The event concludes with a special presentation announcing this year's recipient of the REDI THRIVE award.
