You are very welcomed to our monthly gathering, honouring the Sacred Teachings of each Grandmother Moon Cycle and the Feminine Energy!

In this session, you will listen to the wisdom of the moon and herb shared, a special Sound Healing session with our beautiful sister Annabella from Sounds of Bel , and be guided into a deep meditation with your womb through Herbal Steaming, Shamanic Drumming and Native American Flute Blessings. You are invited to enter the deep Feminine Consciousness, and heal years of ancestral wounding.

This Journey is for you if you are a woman who wants to connect more deeply with your womb, this important energetic centre where we carry deep wisdom, the power of creation, the birth of absolutely everything we desire to manifest in life, and also traumas, fears, ancestral memories.

Women of all ages and stages of life are welcome and find value in this journey. Even those who don’t experience menstruation for any reason, or don’t have a physical womb.

ABOUT THE RITUAL:

Yoni steaming is an ancient practice that will help guide you back to your sacred womb space and realise what’s laying there for you. Benefits of the ritual range from any emotional / physical issues related to menstruation and your reproductive organs, to the release of emotional past ( including ancestral) traumas. The practice consists on allowing the warmth of herbal steam to gently permeate the exterior of your vagina. It relaxes your pelvic muscles, enters your vulva and is carried by the heat up into your womb.

IMPORTANT - PREPARATION FOR STEAMING:

For your privacy, remember to bring (or wear) a long skirt or a sarong that allows you to squat on top of your steaming bowl, receiving steam directly into your yoni.

Bring a yoga mat, and a few cushions (I recommend you try the yoga child’s pose at home and check how many cushions you need for your comfort)

If you have any physical difficulties (as knee injury or back problem that won’t allow you to squat for 20 minutes) let me know beforehand so I can make arrangements.

I will be guiding all the movements, and bringing the herbs for you.

If you are on your moon (menstruation), understand you won’t be able to steam. You are already in a deep cleanse, and steam going upwards is not recommended. You will be part of the ritual, and acknowledged for bringing sacred blood to our event.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Michelle Patrao have been developing work with Mother’s and Women amongst the Brazilian Community in Australia for the last 8 years.

Since early years she has been pursuing her purpose, to understand our deeper healing processes. She studied Psychology, Conscienciology and has set on a journey of self-discovery and self-education through Plant Wisdom and Herbalism linked to Aromatherapy. Specific Aromatic Journeys have awaken her memories of Ancient Practices of the Sacred Feminine bringing the need for studying Yoni Steaming Rituals.

Focusing on Plant Wisdom, she offers many different programs for women to reconnect with herbs and with their Sacred Womb: one-on-one Menstrual Flow Guidance, Private and Group Womb Steam Healing, Sacred Blessingways, Shamanic Rituals for women, and Women Circles / Retreats.
