Event description

Life can be an unending whirl of busyness – too many things to do, too many pressures, and too much bad news. Pressure to compete, conform, and accomplish can be exhilarating, but can also steal our joy in life. There is a simple tool which can help ease the pressure - Gratitude.

Attend as many of the series as you like.

This workshop series is designed to help you to experience more - calm, feelings of abundance, and connection with your world. You’ll play with a variety of prompts and responses, discovering how these feel in your body and what comes up in your mind.

You'll be encouraged to respond through drawing or painting (I promise, you don't need to know how to do art!) and bring home with you what you learnt - perhaps provoking your own further exploration.

You may find inspiration, intuition, and inclusion spontaneously occur.

Join me, Helen Nandlal, at my studio in the Perth Hills for a celebration of all the things we have to be grateful for. Over one hour you'll have the opportunity to explore one or two gratitude prompts, and you'll bring home a small journal to continue with 'homework' during the week. We'll have fun and might get messy, so wear comfortable clothes. And bring your curious side.

I aim to provide a safe, secure environment at my studio. Light refreshments will be served.
