We are excited to announce our upcoming photography exhibition, "Unearthing Taiwan's Mining Industry: Past, Present, and Future," curated by Karen Huang, who has spent more than two years visiting various mining heritage sites in Taiwan and collecting the stories from several exhibitors and the last-generation miners. These talented exhibitors, including Chao Nan Chou, Yi Wen Cheng, Frank Huang, Yi Ting Chen and Po Wei Chen will showcase captivating photographs that delve into the rich history, current state, and future prospects of Taiwan's mining industry.

The exhibition aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the industry, highlighting its importance and evolution over time.

We have chosen to host this exhibition in the Pilbara region to draw parallels between Taiwan's mining industry and the rich mining history of this area. By showcasing these photographs in the Pilbara, we hope to create a dialogue between two distinct mining landscapes and foster a deeper understanding of the global mining industry.
