After the huge success of last year, we're bringing Melbourne's Muay Thai community back together to help us smash out 150 rounds of sparring in recognition of the 150 Aussies reported missing every day, and to show our support for the only charity that supports families and friends of missing Australians, The Missed Foundation.

Do I need to do all 150 rounds?

No, it's a collective effort.

Do I need to stay for the whole time?

No, it's super flex! Come at whatever time suits and do however many rounds you want (and rest as you need).

Is my gym invited?

Yes, everyone is welcome! Just ensure you have a solid Muay Thai sparring base.
