Shire of Mundaring Libraries is pleased to host this workshop presented by Midvale Hub Parenting Service Perth (North East).

This workshop is for parents/carers of children aged 3-12 years.

Every child experiences worries from time to time.

In this introductory workshop, you will:

  • Gain insight into childhood worries and anxiety

  • Explore practical ways to support your child's emotional wellbeing

  • Be introduced to emotion coaching strategies that can strengthen connection, resilience, and confidence.

We'll also explore the supports available to parents and families, helping you feel more informed and confident in supporting your child.

(Parents may bring babies under 5 months, but this session is not suitable for children to attend.)

Bookings are essential for this free workshop. Places are limited.

Light refreshments will be available.
