DLC & GTG Perth are bringing you Perth’s FIRST female-only kickboxing class! EVERY SATURDAY FROM 9AM.

You asked, we listened.

We all know it can feel a bit daunting trying something new, especially in a male-dominated sport. So we decided to change that.

This is a class designed just for you (and your bestie!) - a safe, fun space where you can feel comfortable to suck, learn, laugh, and grow with other women who won’t judge you.

What you get:

A 60-minute class packed with fun, laughs, solid fundamentals, heavy bag work, partner drills & more
The chance to meet new friends and connect with like minded women as this is a female only class.
A push to get out of your comfort zone in the best way possible.
A fun coffee catch up next door at Jessies (best coffee in Perth) because good chats are part of the workout too.
All levels welcome, whether you’re a total beginner or have experience, it's about building community, not perfection.
Come a little early if you want to chat, wrap your hands & get set up. Class starts 9:00AM SHARP.

What to bring:

A water bottle
A sweat towel
Gloves, wraps & shin pads (If you don't have them, don't worry - we do)
Your bestie!
Please also make sure you eat something before you come, wether it's breakfast or a small snack (banana & PB)! It's high heart rate and cardio based so you need that fuel and energy.

Come sweat, punch it out, and find your confidence! We all start somewhere!
