Join experienced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach Steph Robinson for an inclusive, family-friendly workshop exploring how martial arts can build confidence, resilience and respectful relationships.
This beginner-friendly session introduces practical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques in a safe and supportive environment while highlighting the importance of confidence, self-awareness, healthy boundaries and community connection.
Participants will discover how Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can help develop:
Confidence and self-belief
Respect and teamwork
Emotional regulation and resilience
Practical self-defence awareness
Physical and mental wellbeing
Suitable for ages 7+, with families encouraged to participate together. No previous experience is required—just wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
This workshop supports the campaign's vision of creating communities where everyone can play their part in preventing violence by fostering respect, inclusion and positive relationships.
