Mon 16 August - Campbelltown Northcott Vaccinations

Northcott is working with Healthcare Australia (HCA) to provide Pfizer vaccines to current:

• Northcott customers
• Northcott staff
• Agency carers for Northcott customers
• Primary carers for Northcott customers

If you are not one of the above, we will not be able to vaccinate you and you will be turned away.

You will need to bring:

• A consent form which must be prefilled before the clinic and presented to immunisation staff on the day
• Your Medicare details / card

Please wear appropriate clothing for access to upper arm.

You will need to allow 15-minutes for recovery time after vaccination

Once you have been vaccinated, will send you a link for your second dose in the coming weeks.
