Overwhelm occurs when the demands of life become too much to process, leaving us mentally, emotionally, and physically overloaded. It can show up as:

Emotional instability – anxiety, irritability, or mood swings.
Procrastination or avoidance – feeling paralysed by tasks.
Perfectionism – getting stuck in overthinking and never feeling ‘good enough.’
Disconnection – withdrawing from others or emotionally shutting down.
Reduced productivity – trouble focusing or staying organised.
Health issues – headaches, fatigue, or insomnia.
Burnout – chronic exhaustion and a sense of hopelessness.

When we’re caught in overwhelm, our nervous system shifts into survival mode, making it hard to think clearly, make decisions, or stay present. But the good news? Your breath can be the bridge back to balance. 🌬️
