Did you know that a single breath can shift your entire state of being?

If life has felt like a wild rollercoaster lately – stress, overwhelm, and those unexpected ups and downs – you're not alone. 


Overwhelm occurs when the demands of life become too much to process, leaving us mentally, emotionally, and physically overloaded. It can show up as:

  • Emotional instability – anxiety, irritability, or mood swings.

  • Procrastination or avoidance – feeling paralysed by tasks.

  • Perfectionism – getting stuck in overthinking and never feeling ‘good enough.’

  • Disconnection – withdrawing from others or emotionally shutting down.

  • Reduced productivity – trouble focusing or staying organised.

  • Health issues – headaches, fatigue, or insomnia.

  • Burnout – chronic exhaustion and a sense of hopelessness.

When we’re caught in overwhelm, our nervous system shifts into survival mode, making it hard to think clearly, make decisions, or stay present. But the good news? Your breath can be the bridge back to balance. 🌬️

Why Breathwork?

Claire from Grounded In Healing, will also be offering her beautiful Energy & Reiki work during the session again, to support your body’s process and integration.

This space is for anyone who’s been:

✔️ Wanting a real, embodied way to reset and feel more like yourself again
✔️ Curious about breathwork and open to trying something new

No breathwork experience needed.
Just come as you are.
