2-Day Men’s Reset

A Two-Day Experience in Nature to Disconnect, Reset & Reconnect

This November, we’re heading to a private property in Upper Macdonald on the Hawkesbury River, under two hours from Sydney CBD — a secluded natural setting to properly step away from everyday life.

Facilitated by Reconnect Project founders Ryan Girdler and Imra, both former elite athletes, this two-day experience offers men the opportunity to step away from pressure, routine, technology, and the constant demands of everyday life.

This two-day men’s retreat creates space to slow down, reset the nervous system, build self-awareness and emotional resilience, and reconnect — with yourself and with others.

Across the weekend, you’ll experience breathwork, movement, meditation, cold immersion, hiking, time in nature, meaningful conversation, nourishing meals around the fire, and sleeping under the stars.

Whether you’re navigating stress, financial pressure, relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, this retreat creates space to clear the mental noise, reconnect to what matters most, and return feeling more grounded, clear, and present.

This is not about performance or pretending to have it all together.
