Summary: A 2-day, face-to-face course for disability support workers and facilitators, led by Fiona Price.

Description:
Mental Health First Aid gives you the skills to notice when a participant may be experiencing mental health challenges. You’ll learn how to respond as a calm and supportive first responder, and how to encourage them to get the right professional help.

The course builds your confidence to give safe, compassionate and timely support that respects each person’s wellbeing and dignity.

Your facilitator
Fiona Price is a registered counsellor, Mental Health First Aid Instructor and lecturer.

• Day 1: Friday 5 February, 9:30am – 3:30pm

• Day 2: Friday 12 February, 9:30am – 3:30pm

• Face to face at One&All Hub
