Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses softly for a longer duration whilst being supported by props like yoga blocks, blankets, cushions and bolsters.

During this 2hour Restorative Yoga practice we connect to our breath to assist us in letting go of tension in the physical body, mind and spirit and create an inner landscape of spaciousness, harmony and flexibility.

Restorative yoga is a gentle yet powerful healing practice.

This 2hour Restorative Yoga Circle is offered at the LoveLight Temple in Margate guided by Areti.

I invite you to gift yourself 2 hours to rest and restore your entire being.

Yoga isn’t about how you look in the shapes we take it’s about how it makes you FEEL.

This is a Women’s Restorative circle.

All props are supplied, just bring your open heart and your favourite light shawl if you wish for added comfort & your water bottle.
