2 hour Sound Healing Immersion with Arkadia Soundscapes
Event description
Join Kylie, Christian and Rod for a two-hour sonic experience to support your natural restorative capacities, alleviate anxiety and stress and elevate your vitality.
If the last few years have taught us anything, it is that coming together, connecting with like minded people and helping one another to maintain a peaceful and harmonious state of mind and body is so beneficial. Kylie, Christian and Rod are honoured to share with you the medicine of sound as we believe that sound healing is a very powerful yet gentle way to increase wellness to your body and stillness to your mind.
During this two-hour journey, you will hear sacred instruments such as Didge, Flute, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Drums, Gongs, Kora, Bells and Chimes being played at a resonance that supports your restoration at a cellular level. Some of the instruments will be played through a sound system and some will be played directly over you for an enhanced healing experience. The medicinal benefits of music have been recognised by the scientific community and is used as a conduit for healing by Indigenous cultures all over the world.
We acknowledge the Indigenous peoples of this country; past, present and future and are grateful to be gathering on Wurundjeri and Bunurong land.
WHAT TO BRING
You are free to lie down, sit up or move your body a little throughout the session.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and water. Chairs will be provided.
