During our 2hour Women’s Restorative Yoga practice we connect to our breath to assist us in letting go of tension in the physical body, mind and spirit and create an inner landscape of spaciousness & harmony.

Restorative yoga is a gentle but powerful calming style of yoga.

It’s about letting go and deeply relaxing.

You stay in each pose for longer duration allowing the nervous system to shift into a state of healing and rest whilst supported by props.

Restorative Yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system our "rest and digest" which slows the heart rate, lowers blood pressure & the all important vagus nerve, which makes up 75% of the parasympathetic nervous system.

Yoga isn’t about how you look in the shapes we take it’s about how it makes you FEEL.

During Winter Season we will light the fire 🔥 place for added warm.

All props are supplied, just bring your open heart and your favourite light throw blanket if you wish for added comfort & your water bottle.
