Join this professional development group led by Ann Green, Psych NP and Life Development Coach, and Kathleen Calabro, Managing Partner at a global consulting firm and mentor. This group is aimed at creating a supportive space for women to navigate and overcome workplace challenges. Their combined skills and experience will provide mentorship, strategies, and emotional support.

In today's work environment, we often encounter hurdles and obstacles that can feel isolating. Recognizing the importance of solidarity and mutual support, we created this coaching group to provide a platform where women can come together to share experiences, insights, and strategies for success.

Building confidence and resilience
Dealing with workplace biases and stereotypes

Kathleen serves as a Managing Partner at a global consulting firm, having previously held the role of Chief Product Officer. For over a decade, she has dedicated herself to cultivating diverse teams with a strong sense of purpose, enabling them to drive meaningful change. A staunch supporter of women's empowerment in the professional sphere, Kathleen draws upon her own journey to mentor fellow women, guiding them through the complexities of their careers.

Ann is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and brings over 35 years of expertise in mental health and personal development to her role as a Life Development Coach. Ann specializes in helping women navigate the complexities of their careers with confidence and resilience. Her background in social therapy and group dynamics allows her to create an inclusive, supportive environment where women can thrive.
