Description

Cotters & Co are very excited to announce the release of their new Taranaki Drive homes and are inviting you to join us at our Mid-Build Open Homes.

Come and see the first of eight homes taking shape, experience the layout of the site and get a feel for the thinking behind this collection of beautifully designed modern homes.

You will have a chance to see the unique character design of the homes coming together, the modern Formance SIP construction, and the landscape of the site with some of the work we have completed to date including transplanting existing plants within the site.

We're inviting you to explore the project on Friday 6 November from 5pm - 7pm or Sunday 8 November from 2pm - 4pm. The teams from Cotters & Co, Formance and SK Gardens will be attending to discuss the exciting project with you.

Cotters & Co

Delivered by Cotters & Co, the homes draw inspiration from the character and proportions of established homes, while bringing those qualities into a contemporary setting.

The aim is to create homes that feel established from day one, with thoughtful architecture designed to remain relevant and desirable for generations to come.

Formance

The homes are being constructed using Formance Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), a high-performance building system manufactured locally in Christchurch.

The result is a highly efficient building envelope designed to provide greater temperature consistency, reduced reliance on heating and a warmer, drier and more comfortable home. The mid-build open homes are a great opportunity to see this construction system up close and understand what sits behind the finished walls.

SK Gardens

SK Gardens are leading the landscape design, with a focus on creating a softer, greener and more connected development.

Rather than relying heavily on traditional fencing, hedging, low fencing and soft planting will help define spaces and provide privacy. Existing fruit trees will also be retained or transplanted, bringing some of the site's history into its next chapter.
