You'll be mentored by Dr. John Surie and a passionate team of experienced facilitators, all committed to your success, growth, and transformation.

During the training, you’ll master Fire Shaper’s signature IGNITE series, an evolved form of the traditional Bikram sequence designed for strength, adaptability, and progression. You’ll dive deep into the BLAZE Core 26 postures (Bikram Yoga), refining your alignment and understanding of each pose’s purpose and impact. You’ll also explore FLOW, a dynamic vinyasa style that brings creativity, joy, and fluidity into your movement.

Through lectures, hands-on practice, group discussion, and our immersive Release the Quantum You (RQU) personal development weekend, you’ll gain:
