Namaste and welcome to the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with World Yogashala in Rishikesh, India!

Rishikesh is known as the yoga capital of the world, and it is where the ancient practice of yoga originated. Our training, with World Yogashala, aims to provide you with an authentic and comprehensive yoga education that will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach yoga classes to students of all levels.

The curriculum of our 200-hour program includes a variety of topics and disciplines that will deepen your understanding of yoga. You will learn the proper alignment and techniques for various asanas (poses), as well as anatomy and physiology, philosophy and history of yoga, teaching methodology, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and Ayurveda.

A typical day in our training will include morning asana practice, followed by lectures, workshops, and group discussions on various topics. In the afternoons, you will have the opportunity to practice teaching and receive feedback from experienced teachers. We also incorporate cultural activities, such as visits to local temples, in order to deepen your understanding of the rich cultural heritage of India.

Our faculty is composed of experienced and qualified teachers who have years of teaching experience. Our lead teachers are certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance, ensuring that you will receive a high-quality education that meets international standards.

The training will take place in a comfortable and peaceful venue, where you will be able to immerse yourself in your studies without distraction. You will have the option to choose from a variety of accommodation options, including shared rooms, private rooms, and luxury villas.

In order to be eligible for the training, we require that participants have a minimum of six months of yoga experience. We also encourage all participants to have an open mind and a willingness to learn.

Upon completion of the training, you will receive a 200-hour yoga teacher certification that is recognized by the Yoga Alliance. This will enable you to teach yoga classes anywhere in the world.

The early-bird registration fee for the training is $1,500 USD, and the regular fee is $1,800 USD. This includes all classes, course materials, and accommodation for the duration of the training. We also offer group discounts and payment plans to make the training more accessible to everyone.
