200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

Join Rishikesh Yogkulam for a 24-day residential yoga teacher training that gives you time to practise, study and experience yogic living in Rishikesh. The course welcomes beginners, regular practitioners and aspiring teachers. Whether your goal is to teach or deepen your personal practice, you’ll build a strong foundation with guidance from experienced teachers.

What you’ll experience:

• Daily Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa practice

• Pranayama, meditation and mantra chanting

• Yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment and adjustments
