This is the 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Far North Queensland Promotion Bureau Ltd. Voting will take place at this AGM for:
2 x General Directors
1 x Southern Zone Director
1 x Tropical Tableland/Remort Area Zone Director

NOTE - Only current financial members as at 17 October are eligible to vote.

AGM FORMAT

4.00pm: Registration and ballot paper collection (as applicable)
4.30pm - 5.30pm: Annual General Meeting and voting

COCKTAIL EVENT

6.00pm - 9.00PM
Following the AGM will be the Tropical North Queensland Industry Excellence Awards Cocktail Party taking place at Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural PArk. Tickets available here.

TRANSFERS

A complimentary transfer will be provided from Cairns CBD to Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park at 3.30pm (and one at 5.30pm for those only attending the Awards). Please indicate if you will require a seat on the coach so we can accommodate everyone. A return transfer from Tjapukai to Cairns will be available at 9pm. (However, there will be a cash bar from 9pm-11pm, if wish to stay on.)
