This year, the Woorilla Poetry Prize presentations will be run as a live streamed event. You can join us on Facebook and YouTube to watch live - ceremony.woorilla.org.au.

In the lead up to the event, we will make announcements and release further details, so follow the event on Facebook to stay primed for updates.

We are excited that the event will have a truly national focus this year and will allow people from all around the country and the world to participate.

There will be live chat forums and networking opportunities, guest speakers, comments by the judges, readings, performances, giveaways throughout the event!

It will be a great chance to connect with like minds, pick up some tips and relax with your favourite beverage for an afternoon of poetry.

Winners and runners up of the Judith Rodriguez Open Section and the Louise Rockne Youth Section, will be announced on the day. There will also be acknowledgement of commended and highly commended entries, including those from poets in both sections, whose first language is not English.

The 2020 Woorilla Poetry book will be available for purchase at the conclusion of the event and all prize winners will receive a complimentary copy with their award.
