B&T Changing the Ratio shines a spotlight on how our industry can better celebrate and support diversity and inclusion. This year, we’ll be hosting a series of breakfast events, as well as sharing exciting content on B&T.
At each event, we will be focusing on a different pillar of diversity and inclusion, exploring topics like gender, disability and ethnicity with some of the brightest stars of our industry.
The events are also free, giving everyone the chance to come and learn from the game-changers who are leading the way.
Our third breakfast will focus on socio-economic and cultural diversity.

B&T can’t wait to welcome guests to Doltone House for a COVID Safe Event. Adhering to the current NSW Public Health Order, all guests are to provide proof of full COVID 19 vaccination or NSW Health approved vaccination exemption upon entry to the venue.
As a covid safe event, B&T Changing the Ratio requires all guests to wear a mask for the event. In line with the current Public Health Order (COVID-19 General) masks may be removed when enjoying food and beverage or in an outdoors setting.
