2021 Barossa Wine Show Presentation Dinner
We're back to a traditional, live Presentation Dinner - but with a few changes to maintain compliance and keep everyone safe and healthy.
Attendee numbers are necessarily limited this year, so each exhibitor has been allocated 2 tickets for purchase.
However, even with this limitation, we are overallocated and tickets are strictly first in, best dressed.
When purchasing tickets, please include the full name and phone number of all attendees.
Dress code: formal
Arrival: You will be asked to be seated immediately on arrival. Please take note of the appropriate entry point for your table on the seating plan. The official proceedings will start promptly at 7.00pm.
Seating: Seating is allocated, please take note of your seats here @ViewSeats. Note: We are not able to accommodate any change requests to the seating plan.
COVID-Safe To comply with our COVID Safe plan we must ask that you take note of the following requirements:
- Please check-in using the QR code on entry
- If any of your guests change, please update us ASAP for contact-tracing purposes
- Please remain seated at all times when consuming food and beverages. With our event capacity, standing consumption is not permitted
- Wear a mask on arrival and at any time when not eating or drinking. You must wear a mask when moving around the venue at any time ( if you're standing you should be wearing a mask)
- Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell, are awaiting the results of a COVID test, have been directed to self-isolate/quarantine, or have returned from NSW, Vic or Logan City and City of Brisbane LGAs within the last 14 days.
Transport & parking: There is ample car-parking on-site at Old Redemption. You are permitted to leave cars overnight if necessary. View parking map
We have advised the local taxi companies that our event is on. We would like to encourage you to consider pooling with others who live nearby.
Exhibitor tasting:
A reminder to register for the Exhibitor Tasting on Friday 24 September (that's the Friday a week after the Presentation Dinner) You can do so here
Please note: our event suppliers will charge fees to support goods and staffing costs for any cancellations 7 working days prior to the event. This includes cancellations due to COVID-19 restrictions. 50% of the ticket price will be refunded for cancellations after 6 September.
