2021 UQ Veterinary Science Ball

The University of Queensland Veterinary Student Association invites you to attend the most anticipated event of the year ~ VET BALL! Its time to celebrate, take off your stained overalls, pack away your dissection and suturing kits and get ready to party at this long awaited event! 
COVID postponed us last year so this time we're back in vengeance and ready to spend 2 years of fundraising on one unforgettable night.

Round 2(100 tickets) - 1st September 5pm
UQVSA Members: $120

Round 3(250 tickets) -13th September 9:30pm

FAQs:
What does each ticket include?
-Access to our venue at Pullman & Mercure where a  3 course dinner and 5 hours of beverages awaits you. We have photographers, photo booth, DJ, dance floor, awards.
-Access to our afterparty conveniently located at the nearby bar. 
-Access to our recovery party the next day, where you can recover from a massive night and maybe have a few more drinks on the tab while you're at it.

What happens if there's a lockdown and the event is cancelled?
-We will poll whether to postpone to after semester ends or to refund tickets and cancel.

PLEASE NOTE:
- This is an 18+ event only and ID will be checked by security on the night. UQVSA supports the responsible consumption of alcohol.
- Tickets are refundable up until 2 weeks before the event. However, they can always be transferred to another student.
- Ticket sales are limited due to venue capacity so it will be first in best dressed. 
- This event is open to non-UQ students (i.e. you can bring +1's from outside of vet school)
