After a break of nearly two years, the ARCIA Industry Gala Dinner is back!
The past two years have been very difficult for many in our industry, and many felt the lockdowns and travel restrictions were especially hard as there was little or no networking with their industry peers. Now that things are finally getting back on track, we want the ARCIA Industry Gala Dinner to be a night when we can all renew friendships and enjoy ourselves, welcome each other back and enjoy the night!
Bookings are now open!
Tickets are also available through Comms Connect as part of their delegate packages.
This year the event will be held in the Sovereign Room, located upstairs!

1) I have a question regarding tickets and invoicing. Who do I contact?

2) What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The event will be hosted in the Sovereign Room this year. The closest entrance is from Convention Centre Place.
Visit the MCEC site to view transport options for this event. Discount car parking for the Melbourne Exhibition Centre Car Park (located off Normanby Road) now needs to be pre-booked online before arrival (compared to previously when event staff distributed passes during pre-dinner drinks). All guests can pre book online.
3) What are my accommodation options for this event?

4) What is the dress code?
Dress as you please, but after nearly two years without an industry gala dinner, feel free to dress to impress...think cocktail and formal wear! The photographer will meet you on the red carpet.
5) Where can I store my bags or coats?
Visit the Customer Service desk at the Convention Centre Place entrance and MCEC staff will happily lighten your load.
6) I have accessibility requirements. Who should I speak to?
There are accessible toilets, ramps and lifts throughout the venue, including lift access from the car parks. Please contact MCEC regarding any accessibility requirements you have and please inform us when ordering tickets. MCEC can be contacted on +61 3 9235 8210.
7. What if I am unwell and unable to attend?
Please refrain from attending if you display any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19). Visitors are encouraged to be tested, should any concern arise. MCEC will enforce health and safety measures as a condition of entry to the venue.
