Educator Evening: 2022 Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year exhibition
Event description
The South Australian Museum invites all teachers to explore the Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year exhibition at this exclusive Educators' Evening.
Enjoy a drink and nibbles on arrival and be amongst the first to see this incredible photographic exhibition with a guided tour. You will get the chance to hear from Dr Andrea Crowther, Senior Collection Manager, Marine Invertebrates, and to explore First Nations perspectives on Astronomy with the Museum's Aboriginal Education Program Coordinator Eva Wilson.
This workshop will feature an introduction to brand new education resources created by the South Australian Museum especially for this exhibition. You will have the chance to use and explore these resources while networking with other educators at this special after-hours event.
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other educators and plan your teaching around this engaging and timely annual exhibition. If you teach science or art to students of any age, this workshop is for you!
