Event description

This photographic exhibition showcases 10 breast cancer survivors from Western Sydney, empowering women to be breast aware and make informed choices following their diagnosis.

Celebrate these amazing women and rejoice in their life post cancer.

Why I created this event:

After my breast cancer diagnosis at the age of 40, I always wanted to do something positive to give other women hope and inspiration to be positive of a future life after cancer…I sincerely believe this mindset has been a great help to me since my diagnosis.

I embarked on this project, it has become a labour of love for me, which celebrates the choices made by women and the positivity of life after cancer - giving hope and inspiration to women currently facing their own diagnosis and empowering them to champion their treatment choices. The beautiful women in this exhibition have generously shared their stories, their guidance and their scars - giving inspiration to those of us early in our journeys. The models in the exhibition range between 2.5 years to 24 years in their breast cancer remission!
