Tickets purchased are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled. In the event that the Gala Presentation Awards Night event is cancelled, a full refund (minus the administration / booking fee charged by the ticketing platform) will be automatically provided to your payment card. You are able to offer or gift your tickets to other colleagues and peers. The INCITE Awards will follow the event management and delivery directions as set out by the WA State Government’s COVID-19 advice.
