Event description

Tasmania's longest running International Women's Day Breakfast.

Join us at Wrest Point to celebrate some of Tasmania’s leading women.

International Women’s Day celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women globally. The RHH Research Foundation breakfast is proud to celebrate two of Tasmania’s pioneering women who have shared trailblazing careers and, more recently, led our state response to COVID19. It’s the perfect opportunity to come together and celebrate amazing women locally and globally, all while raising vital funds for local medical research.

Our special guests include Kathrine Morgan-Wicks, Secretary of the Tasmanian Department of Health, and Donna Adams, the highest ranked woman in the history of Tasmania Police.

Join Kath and Donna in a conversation with Jane Longhurst to explore their shared success, personal journeys and gain valuable insight into what has driven these women to lead the state in their respective fields. Help us raise funds for life-changing medical research grants while enjoying a gourmet breakfast with a community of like-minded people.

Early Bird tickets are available until 5pm, 16th February
