Event description
For a decade, the Pro Bono Australia Salary Survey has been helping not-for-profit organisations understand remuneration in the sector by mapping out trends and offering in-depth analysis that allows individuals and organisations to effectively benchmark their remuneration practices.
For the first time, in collaboration with PwC, the 2022 Salary Survey also gathered information on non-executive directors (NED) and their work across the sector.
Join PwC Australia and not-for-profit salary packaging specialists CBB in a FREE one-hour panel discussion as we dive into what we know about high level pay trends in the NFP sector.
This panel discussion will cover:
- CEO and Industry movements
- Trends in non-executive director remuneration
- How this compares to the private sector
- What the not-for-profit sector can do to compete
We’ll also hear expert recommendations on how our sector can bridge the gap and the key remuneration trends and points your organisation needs to consider in the immediate future.
You will also receive 20% per cent discount on the 2022 Salary Survey.
