Sound Bath at The Sanctuary

Experience this deeply relaxing and restorative soundscape with Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, monochord, voice and silence. Let the sounds take you on an inner journey and reconnect you with your essence. Every session is different, as Nina intuitively tunes into the moment-to-moment energy and creates a flow of healing sounds and frequencies. Come with an open mind and heart and with a personal intention for healing and transformation.

Fridays at 6.30pm (monthly)

🎫 COST:
A fully refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your spot.
Additional donations according to your capabilities are much appreciated. Your generosity helps support those who are financially struggling, plus for me to provide for my family.

The deposit (minus booking fee) can be reimbursed if you're financially challenged. You must send your request to info@omniym.com.au within 3 days after the sound bath.

🌏 LOCATION:
The Sanctuary in Barkers Creek, VIC, which is a 7-minute drive from the town centre of Castlemaine. The address will be sent to you upon successful booking.

🧘‍♀ WHAT TO BRING:
This is not a physically active class (we'll be lying down and/or sitting). Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and meditation stools can be borrowed at the venue. Please bring any additional items to be super comfortable, e.g. blanket, cushion, bolster, eye pillow, water bottle.

🔬 A LITTLE BIT OF SCIENCE:
Sound helps us restore our body’s natural balance in a gentle way. Frequencies, rhythms and vibration can trigger in us a deep relaxation response and altered states of consciousness, which has a balancing effect on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Sound has the power to entrain our brainwaves, to reduce anxiety and depression and to improve our sleep. In meditative states, positive changes occur in our autonomic, immune and endocrine systems, including the in our organs and cells. The literature on the benefits of sound on our health is vast and fascinating.
