Gravitas is the personal presence, authority and impact that true leaders have, which influences everything they touch. It is the ability to command attention and project confidence, dignity and decisiveness, while remaining compassionate and authentic.

Blending the best of organisational psychology and leadership literature, with the body wisdom and vocal tools used by actors and performers, this unique two-day course is designed to develop and showcase natural gravitas in leaders and aspiring leaders.

Regardless of position, skills or experience, gravitas is the ‘secret ingredient’ that identifies someone as a compelling natural leader and attracts respect.

Gravitas is delivered by Evolve Director, Paul Montague, who is a gifted communications specialist and a qualified educator.

Along with decades of experience in training, adult education and leadership, Paul brings to Gravitas more than 25 years’ experience as a performer and multi-award-winning professional comedian and actor, with credits in film, television, and theatre.

SCHOLARSHIPS

We offer a small number of scholarships to those who would otherwise be unable to afford to attend. Scholarship recipients pay a nominal fee of $90 toward catering and materials. Click here to apply.
