2022 Right Strategy Workshop

To develop the Right Strategy for your business requires research, reflection, insight, and good dose of objectivity.

Join me in these 2 x half-day workshops which will be the catalyst, providing you with the tools and framework, enabling you to generate new ideas about the value your business creates and how to execute them. 

During the workshops you will:

  • Clarify your purpose, your appetite for growth and validate the potential for your business.
  • Rethink your business model, deciding what to let go of what to keep and what to add.
  • Rethink the markets you target, and how they are changing?
  • Rethink the value propositions of your products and services and what needs to change.
  • Identify what capabilities are needed to achieve the new strategy.
  • Ensure your Leadership Team is aligned and focused.  
  • Determine if this is the right time to appoint your Advisory Board.

Workshop 1 is about crafting the Right Strategy, thinking about the possibilities and the potential of your business - before making focused, strategic choices.  

Workshop 2 occurs a few weeks later and is about prioritisation and execution. After digesting the ideas from Workshop 1 this session is about committing to act, to start the fly-wheel moving towards the new strategic direction.

You will leave these workshops with clarity about what needs to change, how you will make the changes and the timeframe.

The best way to experience this online workshop is in the comfort of your board room along with up to three other members of your team.

Who should attend:

This workshop is designed for the CEOs of medium-sized private companies, and up to three additional members of their Leadership Team.

What’s included:

  • Workshop 1. Strategic Choices: Tuesday March 8th 8.30am - 12.30pm.
  • Workshop 2. Execution: Tuesday March 29th 8.30am - 12.30pm.
  • There will be preparatory work sent at least seven days before workshop 1.
  • Four 'seats', access for the CEO and three other Leadership Team members, for one fee.  
  • All tools, templates and workbooks are available in soft copy on the day.
  • Workshops will commence at 8.30 for an 8.45am sharp start.
  • The workshop will be conducted online via zoom.
  • There will be learning in groups and then space via break-out rooms to work on your own business in private.

Anthony Moss helps build great businesses. Working with CEOs and boards of directors, he helps invigorate a company’s vision for growth, energise their management team and re-set their business model and strategy.

In a corporate and consulting career spanning more than 30 years, Anthony has helped more than 160 medium to large private companies and associations.

His expertise comes from experience. Before establishing his management consulting business, he worked in the UK, Europe, the United States and Australia in services, manufacturing and distribution industries, holding CEO and director positions. He frequently shares his knowledge as a speaker and facilitator at seminars and conferences on a range of business growth topics.
