Event description
We are excited to announce that the Edna Ryan Awards 2022 will be celebrated in person on Friday November 18th at Trades Hall, Sydney.
Join us to celebrate 18 feminist sisters across 6 categories as well as the Grand Stirrer - the award for “inciting others to challenge the status quo”. The recipient of the Grand Stirrer Award will be announced closer to the event. Each awardee will be given the opportunity to address the audience.
Drinks and finger foods will be served in the atrium before the presentation. Mineral water and juice will be provided, and alcoholic beverages will need to be pre-purchased.
It is now time to applaud these women who have kept the feminist legacy of Edna Ryan alive. So please book your tickets, invite your feminist sisters and take some time to celebrate together and help us to continue to fly the flag for feminism and the women making a difference.
Where: Trades Hall Auditorium, entry from 377 Sussex St Sydney NSW 2000. (Accessible entrance with lift access is off Dixon Lane at the rear of the building)
