ℹ️ About A-LEAD Program:

Launched in March 2019 by OACWA, A-LEAD empowers African Australian Women in WA through leadership and networking skills. Using an ABCD approach, the program offers free workshops, mentoring, and networking opportunities over 3-4 months. Graduates receive Certificates of Participation during the 2024 IWD ceremony. A-LEAD has positively impacted 52 leaders and their communities. Successful applicants will receive a detailed program plan. #ConflictResolution #WomenLeaders #AfricanAustralianWomen
