King Wülfhammer and Queen Revna invite you to the 2023 Balingup Medieval Carnivale.
We return to a two day event with festivities on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th of August.
Weekend Pass $35 (children 12yrs and under free)
Saturday Day Pass $25 (children 12yrs and under free)
Sunday Day Pass $20 (children 12yrs and under free)
Companion Cards accepted.
STEP BACK IN TIME: People come from far and wide to step back in time and experience everything medieval. It's very much a family affair with plenty to do whether you're young or old.
MEDIEVAL PERFORMERS, PARADES AND FIGHTING
~ Grand Parade - Don’t miss the daily parade as it wanders through the site.
~ On the Main stage – Live Music and Dancers.
~ In the Combat Arena – Live action as Re-enactors and Medievalist do battle.
~ Burning of the Dragon – Saturday evening with Fire Performers and Drummers.
WANDER, EXPERIENCE AND OVER INDULGE
~ Many Market stalls including handcrafted goods and clothing.
~ A variety of scrumptious gourmet foods to fill your belly
~ Tastings and sales of locally produced wines, ciders and mead.
COSTUME HIRE : Balingup Medieval Carnivale has it's own independent costume hire right on site! We have over 300 fantastic costumes available to hire at amazing rates. The hirefee, plus the deposit, covers the whole weekend with proceeds going towards the running of the Carnivale. Most visitors dress up for the event, even the Entertainers and Stallholders! So why don’t you be part of the medieval adventure and join in the fun? We have children and adult costumes available in a wide range from Lords and Ladies, to Sorcerers, Jesters and of course gallant Knights.
No concessions, no BYO alcohol, no dogs or other pets (except dragons), no bikes and no smoking at event grounds.
