2023 Cinema under the Stars

The Abbotsleigh School Community is invited to the 2023 Cinema under the Stars. 

The movie screening will be 'the Bad Guys', as chosen by the girls. 

Saturday 1 April
4.30-8.45pm (Activity and food stalls from 4.30-7pm, movie from 7-8.45pm)

Pre-order your tokens through Humanitix by Tuesday 28 March
Tokens are available to purchase on the day, however, we do recommend that you pre-order and pick them up prior to the event.

Token cost:
$10 5 tokens
$20 10 tokens
$50 25 tokens

Pre-order your dinner:
Year 6 parent volunteers will also be putting on a 'sausage sizzle' and we ask you to pre-purchase if you wish to enjoy a sausage in a bun.
Costs are $6.00 per person for a sausage in a bun and a drink (you can choose from still or sparkling water or a fruit drink popper).

Lots to do: Biscuit Decorating, Lucky Dip, Potted Plant Making, Photo Booth, Slime Making and Donut on a String.

Lots to eat: Cupcakes, Fairy Floss, Popcorn, Slushies and Ice-creams as well as the Sausage Sizzle.

What to Bring: 

• Attire: Girls are encouraged to dress comfortably with collared shirt and pants/leggings. Closed in sports/sand shoes should be worn as should a sunhat. Warm jacket will be needed once the girls settle for the movie. 
• Towel or blanket: To be comfortable on the grass, families are encouraged to bring a named towel or blanket.

Weather

Should the evening be wet, we will be able to proceed with the movie being streamed to the girls in classrooms. This will be communicated on the day of the event via the Abbotsleigh App.
